Soooooo... This is what I've been working on over the past few months. I had originally made L last year in November and I had always intended on doing the rest of the cast, but I didn't actually start doing that until about June. I even did Ryuk and Rem! lol

If you look in my gallery, you'll see the original L and notice that he's a lot different now. I gave him a new mouth, eyelids, and bags under his eyes. Then, I redid the color of his hair and the details in it. I then decided that I wanted him to be sitting, so I pulled up his legs and gave him a phone to hold cutely. Can you tell who he's talking to??? Lastly, I drew his chair and a tea cup for accessories. lol He turned out to look amazing!!!

Similarly, Near was done a month or two ago, but I decided today to put him in a different pose as well. I tried my best to make it look like he has his one leg off to the side as he often sits. I also made him play with his hair. Those are dice and a little Kira doll that he has with him. Oh, yeah, Mello has a piece of chocolate in his teeth... if you can't tell. lol

The background was thrown together for something simple and non-distracting. I found a picture of an old, old newspaper and did some effects on it so it would be unreadable and then put a transparent gray layer over it.

Yes, it is plastered with watermarks because people WILL steal it. I'm doing this to fend off a few of them.

Thanks for looking! I'm quite proud of this and also surprised that I didn't just start posting them as I went along since I liked a lot of them so much and wanted to show people.

EDIT: I'm thinking about adding Watari/Quillsh Wammy and Higuchi Kyousuke since there are spaces for them on either side. What do you think?
