I drew this in pencil a while back and colored it in Photoshop. This was actually the first time I seriously colored anything on the computer.
It's Sound Nin Zaku Abumi from Naruto.
Edit: Thank you to Tobimas for reminding me to give credit where credit is due. I drew this from painpixel's picture of Zaku, but I drew his face, arms, hair, and legs differently. I also colored him a lot differently than hers.

I think everyone knows that.... I wanted to draw a full body picture of him but that was the only one I could find at the time. Paintpixel's has it's own style to it anyway.
